Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in software engineering (banking/financial services preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience leading teams of 12-20 members
- Experience delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms
- Core Skills (Must-Have)
- Strong Java development expertise
- Solid experience in the Loan Origination / lending domain
- Proven team leadership and delivery ownership
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
- Familiarity with MAS TRM guidelines and regulatory environments
- Preferred Skills (Good-to-Have)
- Experience with test automation tools: ACCELQ / Playwright / Selenium
- Experience with AI technologies (MCP or similar)
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Kibana, logging platforms)
- Strengths
- Strong understanding of credit workflows and lending processes
- Experience integrating with core banking systems, credit bureaus, and KYC/AML platforms
