Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end crewing operations for assigned vessels
- Maintain and monitor crew deployment and rotation schedules
- Coordinate closely with manning agencies, vessel masters, and port agents for crew changes

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping /logistics / crewing
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with crewing or ship management systems is an advantage
