Associate Director of Programs NYU Hillel, Bronfman Center Role Overview As a member of the Bronfman Center's senior leadership team, the Associate Director of Programs will execute the vision and mission of the Bronfman Center; ensure appropriate internal alignment with staff, services, and programs; determine and establish performance standards, resources, processes, and metrics to support the overall organizational mission. Oversee the development and delivery of programming, events, and services. Oversee service delivery and quality of student advisement, pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership development for affiliated student groups. Responsible for the Bronfman Center reaching its yearly engagement goals, both in breadth (the number of students reached by Bronfman Center programs) and depth (the number of students deeply engaged in Bronfman Center programs). Oversee the Collegiate Leadership Internship Program (CLIP), the Downtown Minyan, Jewish graduate student organizations, and any additional grant-funded initiative.
