Clow's Metal Casting Facility has an opening for a Maintenance Laborer. 2nd Shift Position: 2:30pm-1:00am Starting Wage: $23.93 $500 Sign On Bonus after 120 day probationary period completed RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Vacuuming & Shoveling excess sand in hard to reach areas. Assisting maintenance department in other faucets of the Metal Casting Facility. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Lockout/Tagout procedures QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Lifting/carrying of less than 50 pounds. Frequent bending, pushing, pulling, reaching & twisting up to 90 times per hour. Standing & walking 8 to 10 hours per day. Ability to move neck forward/back & turn right/left, kneel, squat, & climb using arms and legs. Repetitive use of both hands & fingers to grasp, flex, extend, exert force, wear gloves, & utilize tools. Frequent work in extreme temperature conditions inside & outside including but not limited to working on slippery, uneven, unstable surfaces. Ability to work with hands in water, around machinery, at unprotected heights, with dust & fumes & operate a crane, truck, forklift & other moving vehicles. Ability to wear applicable PPE including: safety glasses, metatarsal guarded boots, hearing protection, respirators, welding mask, etc. Ability to recognize and utilize all basic and portable power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
