Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
- Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
- Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
- Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
- Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance (TS preferred).
- 3+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.
- Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.
- Background supporting federal agencies or classified environments
