The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the Club, ensuring all mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, facilities, and equipment are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational. This role supervises technicians and contractors, coordinates maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements. KeyResponsibilities Supervise, lead, and support M&E technicians in daily operations, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and in accordance with established standards. Plan, assign, and monitor maintenance tasks, repairs, and improvement projects to ensure timely completion. Oversee and coordinate contractors' work, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Provide technical oversight and support for events, including setup, testing, and standby operations where required. Liaise and coordinate with internal departments to support operational needs, events, and facility requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve M&E issues, ensuring prompt response to breakdowns and emergency situations. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying defects and prioritising maintenance actions. Ensure all repair requests and operational complaints are attended to promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate documentation, including maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and logs. Ensure adherence to departmental SOPs, Club policies, and relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. safety, compliance). Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring proper usage and stock control. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reliability, and service standards. Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.
