Branch Sales manager

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more outlets and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Increase in Sales & Revenue Growth , Improve patient retention and patient acquisition.
• Lead and motivate consultants, beauticians, and therapists , physicians to deliver excellent service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain branch cleanliness, service quality, and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure smooth scheduling of appointments.
• Plan and execute promotions, seasonal offers, and marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Organize in-clinic activities such as trial treatments, health talks, or product sampling to boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance and implement incentive programs to drive results.
• Manage the daily operations of one or more clinic branches and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Skills and Qualities
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to identify marketing opportunities and create effective promotions.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and team success.
• Basic knowledge of TCM practices is a bonus.
• Salary Range (Mandatory):
• $3500- $4500 + Attractive Commission + Bonus (Total income: $5000-$10000)
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and physicians
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Energetic, sales driven, self-motivated & independent
• Candidate possessing a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Traditional Chinese medicine / Healthcare Management
• Preferably Managers specializing in Aesthetic / Beauty / SPA / TCM Service or equivalent.
• Have operations and sales management experience
