About the role

Job Scope Process and execute mutual fund subscription, redemption, and switch transactions accurately and within established timelines. Monitor and follow up on pending transactions with relevant counterparties to ensure timely confirmation of fund valuations and transaction status. Communicate transaction updates and confirmations to internal stakeholders. Coordinate with settlement teams to facilitate the accurate booking and completion of transactions. Monitor transactions for unusual activity and escalate exceptions in accordance with internal procedures. Respond to enquiries from internal stakeholders regarding operational aspects of mutual funds, including settlement timelines, valuation dates, subscription requirements, redemption terms, and other fund-related information. Perform reconciliations of outstanding transactions and investigate discrepancies where required. Review and understand the operational requirements of newly launched investment funds and support their implementation. Liaise with custodians, fund houses, and other external parties for fund onboarding and maintenance activities. Maintain and update records relating to fund distribution agreements and operational documentation.
