Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the HOUSING DEPT. of COMMANDER - NAVAL INSTALLATIONS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience providing policy and program development, financial management, and resource planning to support housing programs; 2) Experience in the development of information management resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiencies in program operations; 3) Implement, direct, coordinate and oversea management programs for housing while providing recommendations to management for future program objective and improvements; 4) Develop persuasive and concise proposals, position papers, briefing statements in support of housing programs; 5) Analyze and evaluate on a quantitiave/qualitative basis the effectiveness of housing program operations to meet established goals and objectives; 6) Maintain and apply current DoD and Federal policies, statutes, procedures, and regulations related to the DoD Housing Program; Note: This information must be supported in your resume to be considered for this position.
