Responsibilities
- End User Support
- Provide exceptional in-person and remote support to end users

- Project & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate and direct third-party vendors and contractors on IT-related projects
- Support system upgrades, rollouts, and improvement initiatives
- Documentation & Process
- Document systems, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and IT assets
- Contribute to process improvement and standardization

- Work Environment: Heavy Industrial Setting will occasionally work around molten metal in a loud environment.
- Physical Demands: Standing, bending, squatting, sitting, work that may involving lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Position type and expected outs of work: Full-time hours, work schedule is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, additional hours as needed and schedule subject to change.
- Travel: Some travel may be required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or IT specialist role
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switches, connectivity)
- Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting network infrastructure and IT security systems
- Experience with IT ticketing systems and service management practices
