About the role
As a Billing Analyst (Portuguese Language) within the Working Capital team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely generation, submission and dispatch of client invoices across the firm. Essential Skills & Experience Technical & Professional Experience Experience working in a Billing Analyst or similar finance role within a law firm or professional services environment (desirable) Experience using Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise or a comparable practice management system Strong understanding of billing processes, matter maintenance and invoice lifecycle Experience submitting bills via e‑Billing platforms and managing billing queries Skills & Attributes Excellent attention to detail with a consistently high level of accuracy Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Advanced Portuguese language skills (essential) Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including Partners Team‑focused, flexible and willing to support peak workloads when required What sets this role apart The opportunity to work in a global Working Capital team , supporting multi‑jurisdictional billing activity Regular exposure to Partners and senior stakeholders within an international law firm A role that combines technical billing expertise with language capability and stakeholder engagement
