Tea/Pantry Lady

The tea/pantry lady is part of the Admin Group, ensuring functional pantry support: Tidy up the VP's room when necessary. Serve beverages to top management personnel, when required. Ready to serve breakfast daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Daily preparation of hard-boiled eggs for breakfast. - Prepare simple breakfast items such as sandwiches 3x times (Tue to Thurs) a week (e.g., Ham & Cheese, Tuna, etc.) and assist with serving light refreshments such as steamed Bao, Siu Mai, and other similar items. - Fruit cutting. Maintain and tidy the two pantry areas (Cafe and Trading Zone), including washing cups, glasses, and dishes, mopping floors, and emptying rubbish bins. Replenish refreshments and beverages for both pantry areas. Clean and organize the pantry and Library refrigerators on a weekly basis. Monitor pantry supplies and inform the Facilities team when stocks are running low (e.g., paper towels, detergent, tissues, beverages, snacks, etc.). Assist in packing and storing pantry supplies in the storeroom. Provide support for company in-house events and other ad-hoc duties as required. Working hours are from 7am to 2pm (including 1hr lunch break). Candidate Profile A self-motivated individual who value integrity, have willing brain engagement in going the extra miles to provide excellent and create happiness and values to stakeholders. A strong candidate should possess the following: Minimum 3 years of relevant working pantry experiences.
