Finance Assistant

Responsibilities

• JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Core Financial Operations & Billing Management:
• Managing accounts payable (vendor/staff inquiries, payment processing), handling client and intercompany billing (invoicing, credit notes, revenue adjustments, portal uploads), and supporting system setup for new clients, vendors, and inter-office agreements.
• Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Support:
• Assisting with month-end closing processes, performing intercompany reconciliations (including resolving discrepancies), and ensuring accurate revenue recognition documentation.
• Compliance, Data Management & Administrative Support:

Requirements

• Proactive & Organized Approach: Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, consistently taking initiative and acting proactively to address challenges and drive results, while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, for efficient task execution.
