You will serve as a FACILITIES OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station, Guam of NAVAL COMP TELCOM AREA WESTPAC. Resolve engineering issues and oversee all system installations, modifications, and upgrades. 4. Liaise with agencies to optimize project scopes and align infrastructure with mission needs. 5. Evaluate maintenance workflows and performance to maximize operational efficiency. 6. Conduct site surveys and negotiations to define mission-critical upkeep and capabilities. 7. Supervise equipment lifecycles and support systems operational verification testing (SOVT).
