Specialized experience is defined as: Utilize knowledge of civil aviation accident investigations practices and processes to evaluate and improve investigative processes and procedures; use statistical data analytic software and Lean /Six Sigma principles to determine policies, practices, procedures, training, and communication strategies to achieve organizational outcomes; develop policies and procedures to improve program effectiveness and efficiencies.
