About the role
The Relay Maintenance Engineer provides technical support to relay maintenance personnel on maintenance problems. Key responsibilities include: Review and investigate system operations to determine necessary corrective actions. Coordinate testing program to assure necessary PM tasks are completed as required by internal and external requirements. Provide support to relay maintenance personnel for commissioning and checkout of new relay systems and equipment. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university required. Two or more years of utility experience with specific knowledge of protective relaying or substation and power plant control schemes preferred. New grads are open to applying.
- In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proficiency in Windows-based software such as Access and Excel preferred. Good analytical, decision-making, communication, and human relations skills.

- $71,100.00 - $137,200.00
