Retail Sales Associate, Part Time (Seasonal)

About the role

Sells shoes to fans in the retail stores. Exhibits high degree of customer service and professionalism that contributes to best-in-class fan experience. Facilitates post-purchase product resolution efforts and accommodates customer requests to the extent possible. Facilities consumer warranties on a case-by-case basis. Executes visual merchandising concepts according to predesigned merchandizing plans. Utilizes the point-of-sale system to ensure transactions are recorded. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Any previous retail, retail operations, or footwear preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of retail selling concepts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Base Salary: $22.00 hourly
