Responsibilities
- Held accountable to achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals by actively participating and executing key sales initiatives and programs.
- Directs sales activities within the assigned territory through a collaborative team selling approach to support the evolving needs of customers and the dental industry.
- Develops, manages, and increases Merchandise, Equipment, and Service sales within the territory as defined by the Regional General Manager (RGM), through regular face to face consultative interactions and customer business reviews.

- Attends all sales meetings, dental conventions, seminars, internal training programs, and industry events as instructed by Regional Manager to promote event selling/creating deeper relationship with customer.

- MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
- At least 2 years prior sales experience preferred
- PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Typically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
