  • Partner closely with leaders to shape people strategies that support team health, performance, and growth, thinking beyond the day-to-day to help leaders build the teams they need for where the business is headed.
  • Be a trusted coach and thought partner to people leaders and senior leaders, helping them navigate complexity, lead through change, and continue to grow in their roles.
  • Drive performance and development cycles with rigor and care, leading calibrations, supporting written feedback, and helping leaders build meaningful growth plans that inspire and accelerate team member development.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies across your client groups, bringing a point of view on what great looks like and helping leaders make strong decisions.

Requirements

  • Required
  • 7+ years of HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a high-growth tech or data company where you have loved the pace and the people.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level. You are as comfortable shaping a talent strategy as you are coaching a people leader through a hard conversation.
  • A natural ability to build trust and genuinely influence leaders. Whether navigating a hard conversation or thinking through a bigger org challenge.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, leave and accommodations, plus the ability to explain it all in plain language.
  • Experience running calibrations, succession conversations, or leadership development programs that drive real business outcomes.
  • Comfort using people analytics and HR data to identify trends, tell stories, and inform better decisions.
  • Experience handling employee relations thoughtfully. You bring empathy, good judgment, and consistency to situations that call for all three.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to have honest, caring conversations even when the topic is hard.
  • Desired skills and experience
  • Experience supporting post-acquisition integration - you understand the human side of change and know how to help people from different cultures find common ground.
  • Experience partnering with commercial, go-to-market, product, or technical teams - you understand how they think and what they need.
  • A genuine passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces - and the initiative to make that real.
  • Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $160,000 - 200,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
  • Hiring Locations
  • Our main office is located in Center City, Philadelphia, where we operate on a hybrid model with in-office work required three days a week for local employees. We believe collaboration is most effective when teams come together, which is why we prioritize hiring in the Philadelphia area.
