Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble production equipment following technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma, or no experience required with an AA or AS degree.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems.
  • Experience in equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
  • Hands-on experience resolving equipment issues in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
