Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma, or no experience required with an AA or AS degree.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems.
- Experience in equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance.
- Familiarity with technical documentation, blueprints, and standard operating procedures.
- Hands-on experience resolving equipment issues in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
