Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles, with utility sector exposure preferred
  • Proven experience managing strategic accounts and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract negotiation and revenue growth strategies
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Experience developing account strategies and scaling client solutions
  • Ability to define direction and translate strategy into execution
  • Strong understanding of utility operations, regulations, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions
  • Ability to gain buy-in and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to spot patterns across accounts to inform growth strategies
  • Experience connecting ideas and initiatives across teams to create client value

Benefits

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Additional Information

This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week. For the Home website click here.
