Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles

Requirements
- Required
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A genuine people person who builds trust quickly
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a growing, changing environment
- Self starter mindset with strong follow through and good judgment
- Positive, solutions oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
- Preferred
- Experience recruiting for engineering, hardware, or technical roles
- Experience at high-growth startups or rapidly scaling companies
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior leadership
- Track record of identifying and closing high-impact talent
- Creative sourcing techniques and strong candidate engagement skills
- Location Requirement: Ability to work 100% onsite in Torrance, CA (remote or hybrid work will not be considered)
