Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and assist with training of operators. Assist in cross-training workforce on standard procedures.

- Position Details:
- Plant location: Greensboro, North Carolina
- Work week and shift (Multiple options available, depending on business need):
- 2-2-3 6:00pm - 6:30am (Overnight shift - Includes $1.50 / hour shift differential)
- Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm (This shift may include frequent overtime on Saturdays)
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of Ecolab plant experience OR 2 years of previous plant experience in a related field
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role
- Physical Demands:
- This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs
- TPM knowledge and experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma systems
- Basic computer knowledge
- Professional experience coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
- $24.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
