• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, offer management, and successful placements.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates while expanding your professional network.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and career opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
