Work Shift 1 - First Shift Job Summary Are you the type of person who likes to work independently, who is adaptable to change, and is detailed-oriented? In this role you will generate, sort, and release work orders and parts orders for productions orders to the shop floor and parts bench. We're looking for dedicated team members with a drive to make a difference.

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor work orders/transfer orders based on production schedule.
  • Create work orders for parts bench and MRP; troubleshoot and commit inventory.
  • Print shop packets and create production checklists; distribute to production lines.
  • Order/monitor VIN tags and technical manuals for correct configuration and build month/year for all machines.
  • Verify finished machine documentation, enter all information into I-Warranty for each serial numbered machine.
  • Data entry for central receiving picklists, weld shop packets, machine shop packets, and supermarket picklists.

Requirements

  • High school diploma with a minimum of two years of office/customer support experience ; and/or combination of education and experience. Associate's degree and MRP/ERP systems experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize with demonstrated ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free documents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to perform intermediate computer work including spreadsheet formulas and functions.

  • ONSITE: A team member's day-to-day work is best done on a Vermeer campus. If work content can be occasionally completed at an offsite location, discuss potential arrangements with your manager.
