Kitchen Attendant

Responsibilities

• Assisting with basic food preparation duties with opportunities to learn
• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitising of all surfaces
• Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
• Responsible operation of kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Your experience and skills include:
• Organized, safe-minded and a great team player
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene (Basic Food Safety Certificate under Australian standards is an advantage)

Additional Information

This is an entry level position with an opportunity to be part of something bigger. As a Kitchen Attendant / Kitchen Steward, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy, with great opportunity to learn and expand your skills. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
