- The starting pay range for this position is:
- $160,500.00 - $214,100.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.

Insurance Bad Faith Defense Attorney The successful candidate will be an insurance litigation attorney supporting the organization in handling and managing the defense of insurance extra-contractual liability or "bad faith" civil lawsuits. You will Develop and execute litigation strategy for extra-contractual liability lawsuits Advise claims management on the legal implications of proposed actions and certain claims handling practices Manage outside defense counsel for extra-contractual liability lawsuits Take and defend depositions Attend mediations, hearings and trials Collaborate and communicate with executives and business units regarding legal, compliance and business developments Build strong relationships with internal business partners and work as part of cross-functional teams across all levels of the organization
