POSITION OVERVIEW The Manager, Operations, Data & Reporting sits within the Operations team of SEO Career & Alternative Investments department and plays a key execution role in supporting the data management, systems, and operational workflows that keep the department running effectively. This role supports the full scope of the Data & Reporting function - including Salesforce CRM maintenance, partner analytics and reporting, data integrity, and stakeholder responsiveness. The Manager also works closely with the Director, Operations, Data & Reporting to manage and contribute to broader Operations team projects and initiatives as directed. This makes the Manager a versatile member of the Ops team - one who brings both focused data and reporting support to the Assistant Director and flexible project capacity to the Director and the broader team. Data Management & CRM Operations In collaboration with the Assistant Director, Data & Reporting, maintain the integrity and accuracy of corporate partner and participant data in Salesforce, including populating, updating, and auditing records to ensure consistency across all partner and program data fields. Oversee workflows, governance protocols, and data standards in Salesforce that support accurate and auditable partner contribution tracking, participant records, and engagement history. Partner with the Finance team and the Assistant Director, Data & Reporting to manage the partner contribution lifecycle, tracking pledge and invoice status, flagging outstanding items, and assisting with reconciliation of contribution data. Ensure alignment of data across integrated technology platforms, supporting data flow and integration between Salesforce, Tableau, Monday.com, and other systems used by the Operations team. Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps across program and partner data sets. Reporting & Analytics Support Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and recurring reports that track partner health, participant engagement, placement outcomes, and contribution pipeline - ensuring data is current and displays accurately. Prepare ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and reports in response to requests from senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring accuracy and appropriate urgency in all deliverables. Compile and organize data on partner engagement metrics - including communication responsiveness, event participation, intern placement rates, and full-time conversion - that feed into partner health scorecard and performance reporting. Monitor and flag data anomalies, reporting discrepancies, or incomplete records to the Assistant Director for timely resolution. Operations & Project Support Serve as a flexible resource for priority workstreams across the broader Ops team by leading cross-functional Operations team projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director, Operations, Data & Reporting. Create and maintain project tracking tools in Monday.com, including building and updating boards to monitor operational initiatives, data requests, and stakeholder engagement across the team. Provide shared inbox coverage and respond to inquiries from SEO Career & Alternative Investments participants, program staff, and partners as needed, routing requests to the appropriate team member in a timely manner. Support participant enrollment and system tracking, including enrolling participants in relevant platforms and monitoring progression through program stages - as directed by the Assistant Director or Director. Assist with event data tracking and operational logistics for SEO Career & Alternative Investments events, including data entry, participant list management, and post-event data reconciliation. Support administrative and financial processes as needed, including payment requests, expense documentation, and other operational support tasks. Perform other assigned duties in support of Operations team goals and the overall mission of the organization, including special projects, data clean-up, and special population management.
