Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and develop job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies

- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
- Familiarity with government training schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture, WSQ) is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Working hours:
- Mon to Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm
