Sales Assistant (Health & Wellness) - XY

About the role

🗓️ Working Days: 5 Days per week (Monday - Sunday) 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 + Comms 💻 Key Responsibilities: * Promote and demonstrate health supplements to walk-in customers at retail outlets, pharmacies and roadshows. * Educate customers on product benefits , ingredients , and proper usage. * Provide basic health advice or product recommendations according to customer needs. * Achieve daily/weekly sales target and track product performance . * Ensure products are neat, well-stocked and in line with branding guidelines. * Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service. * Collect customer feedback and report to the sales or marketing team. * Participate in promotional events, campaigns, or product launches as required. ❗Key Requirements: * Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent * Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-oriented with a positive attitude * Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays * Sales-driven and results-oriented Attn: Xin Yi By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
