Managing review projects individually as well as in a team environment by ensuring timeline and quality requirements from business units.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Knowledge, CAD and other software toolsReview and validate Change Notices (CN) and Change Tasks (CT) before releasePerform detailed checks on BOM structures, part attributes, and metadataValidate engineering drawings, CAD documents, and document linkagesEnsure correct revision control and lifecycle statesIdentify discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders for resolutionEnsure compliance with engineering standards and PLM processesVerify approvals, workflows, and digital sign-offsMaintain data accuracy, traceability, and audit readinessSupport continuous improvement in PLM processesWork closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Manufacturing, Quality).Execute/allocate the project requests by meeting the business unit requirements in respect to scope, timeline and specifics.Work in coordination with the reporting manager to execute and complete the project from start to end by ensuring timeline and quality.Should be able to provide and seek solutions to resolve technical as well as non-technical issues that may affect the project with a proactive approach.Keep the manager updated on all project related issues, concerns and achievements and seek his support whenever required.Should be able to work and handle multiple projects efficiently.Provide and implement corrective actions and preventive measures regarding quality and timelines for the projects and maintain proper documentation.Provide value-added suggestions for design improvementsundefinedGenerate and manage daily time logs and related reports.Ensure review tracker status is up to date.Also update project information at the appropriate database.Assist / guide junior associates and trainees in documentation.Ensure all set processes are followed with allowed deviation from the business units and develop as well as document new processes and design practices as per business needsShould be conversant with most of the set processShould follow the process thoroughly and mentor others do the same.Should be able to give suggestions regarding process improvements or developing new processes for improving efficiency.Work closely with managers/colleagues to understand the changes and new processes that have been developed and give input whenever required.Ensure all Rehlko core competencies are well understood and practiced.Should be eager to learn about the latest developments in the field of technology with respect to the job requirements.Miscellaneous documentation as assigned.RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTSSupervisory Relationships:Vision insurance
