Inside Sales Representative [Contract - Renewable]

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads by proactively contacting manufacturing companies via phone.
• Introduce products and services to potential clients and create interest.
• Identify key decision-makers and collect relevant business information for the sales team.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the field sales team when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the system.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business development initiatives.
• Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall team performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent qualification.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with a wide range of contacts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy for maintaining records and using internal systems.
