About the role

We are working with an entrepreneurial company that provides pathway courses, English language provision and direct subject delivery in China. It partners with Universities from Australia, New Zealand and UK, and is experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for capable academic leaders who will play a central role in driving the development of the business, working effectively to ensure that systems and processes function, and that quality standards are in place. Each "Dean" will oversee, and be based in, a region of China, building close working relationships with local and international partners. The roles will suit innovative and resourceful academics who would relish the opportunity to work in a vibrant and fast-moving environment. They would suit people currently in leadership roles such as Head of Department, Associate Dean or Head of School, and with experience of UK, Australian or NZ or equivalent quality systems, regulation and compliance. A strong understanding of China would be ideal. The roles will pay a competitive package for individuals at the right level and a pathway to academic progression. The organisation also has a growing culture of research and scholarship. To explore further, please contact us at china@minervasearch.com . Please include your LinkedIn profile or CV to ensure we can have the most effective discussion. Competitive
