The position is responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation, productivity and quality review audits. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining processes while implementing innovative technologies and leveraging existing ones to reduce manual processing and ensure posting accuracy and efficiency. Ensures proper staffing/scheduling of associates.
