Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total hotel revenue.

  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management.
  • Support the development of long-term commercial strategies aligned with the resort's positioning and objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hotel industry.
  • Previous experience in an upscale resort environment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting, pricing, and distribution.
  • Experience with hotel PMS, CRS and Revenue Management Systems.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Fluent in English; Thai language skills are an advantage.
