THE ROLE This Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across FleetPartners' Novated Leasing, Small Fleet and Corporate business segments. This hands-on role combines campaign management, marketing automation, website management, digital project delivery and creative development. Working closely with internal stakeholders, developers, agencies and external partners, the role will manage projects from concept through to implementation across email, website, social media, digital advertising and sales enablement channels. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across Novated Leasing, Small Fleet and Corporate segments Manage website content, landing pages and campaign-related digital assets through the CMS Identify opportunities to improve user experience, lead generation, SEO and website performance Design and develop digital marketing assets including emails, social media tiles, landing pages, presentations and campaign collateral Manage and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, customer journeys, automations and audience segmentation. Brief and manage external designers and agencies where specialist creative support is required. ABOUT YOU You're a confident and capable marketing professional with the maturity and experience to take real ownership of your work. With demonstrated experience across digital marketing, campaign management and marketing automation, you're comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, navigating roadblocks, and seeing projects through from concept to completion. You bring a steady, solutions‑focused approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across the business. To be successful in this role you will have: Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience in a marketing, campaign management, marketing automation or digital Marketing role. Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite + Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. Experience managing website content and digital projects through a CMS platform. Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience creating digital marketing assets across email, website and social media channels. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
