Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of payroll administration for both staff and site-based workers.
- Validate payroll inputs, including attendance records, overtime, shift allowances, claims, deductions, and adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare payroll journals, reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.

Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or labour-intensive industries.
- Good understanding of Singapore payroll legislation, including CPF, IRAS, MOM, and Employment Act requirements.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRiQ or other payroll systems preferred.
