- Conduct and provide quality, safety, and production training for production personnel.

- Management
- Responsible for the corrective actions of production personnel according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean production area for safe working conditions.
- Provide Production Manager with input for hiring production personnel.
- Manage team member performance, including annual performance evaluations and ongoing conversations.
- Attend supervisory and safety meetings at designated times.
- Comply with and ensure team member compliance with respectful workplace policy and Code of Conduct.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Report all safety incidents or injuries immediately.

This is a night shift position. The Production Supervisor leads all activities of assigned team, including safety, quality, service, value, and teamwork. This position is responsible for ensuring all critical business aspects related to the assigned team while clearly communicating information to plant leadership. This role ensures production of a quality product, processing in accordance with mandated regulations, current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and established company procedures. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. College degree in industrial technology, business, management, or related field preferred.
