Responsibilities
- Solutions Architecture:
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with client and organizational objectives.
- Lead architecture discussions and develop design documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies to meet business needs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards. Act as the senior technical authority on complex initiatives
- Professional Services:
- Lead delivery of implementation projects from discovery through execution.
- Engage with clients to define requirements and scope.
- Provide hands-on leadership during deployments and migrations.
- Develop SOWs and technical documentation.
- Mentor engineering teams.
- Sales Engineering:
- Support pre-sales activities including discovery and solution design.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead demos, POCs, and technical workshops.
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses
- Technical Alignment Management (TAM):
- Align client technology with business goals.
- Develop and maintain Quarterly Technology Alignment Plans (QTAPs).
- Lead proactive strategy sessions.
- Identify and address compliance gaps and risks.
- Act as liaison between clients, engineers, and vendors.
- Provide industry-informed recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Support Infrastructure, Tier 3, Advanced Solutions, and Business Technology.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive optimization and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in solutions architecture, professional services, or sales engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems.
- Experience in MSP or consulting environments.
- Ability to lead both strategy and execution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
