Job Description/Preferred Qualifications In dieser Rolle unterstützt und entwickelst du den operativen Einkauf aktiv weiter, mit dem Ziel, eine zuverlässige Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktion und R&D sicherzustellen. Du stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sowie Transparenz in den Beschaffungsprozessen sicher, insbesondere durch die Arbeit mit Systemen wie SAP sowie durch Auswertungen und Tracking. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich ausgewählte Aufgaben und pflegst Lieferantenkontakte, um deine praktischen Fähigkeiten im Einkauf kontinuierlich auszubauen. Ergänzend dazu bringst du dich aktiv in die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und im Datenmanagement ein. Ihr e Haupaufgaben : Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter im operativen Tagesgeschäft Anlage und Pflege von Bestellungen sowie Stammdatenpflege im Warenwirtschaftssystem Durchführung der kaufmännischen Rechnungsprüfung Vorbereitung und Mitwirken an Projekten und Workshops Übernahme von Auswertungen und Analysen Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen in den Bereichen von Einkauf und Schnittstellen
