Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership & Flight Support: Oversee daily station operations, including but not limited to comprehensive flight support, ground handling, passenger services, and cargo management to ensure safe, punctual, and efficient operations.

  • Requirements & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in airline operations or airport management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Networking & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional social, networking, and relationship-management skills, with a proven ability to cultivate partnerships within the local aviation ecosystem.
  • Strategic Vision: Demonstrated vision and ability to navigate market dynamics, pioneer new business channels, and scale local operations.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and handling crisis situations effectively.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of flight support procedures, safety management systems (SMS), and local market dynamics.
  • Language & Communication: Professional fluency in both spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory. Must be fully proficient in delivering written reports and leading video conferences with the China headquarters.
