Requirements
- PhD in Psychology, Education or a related field
- Experience conducting quantitative and/or qualitative research
- Excellent written and communicative skills

Project Title: Teachers' AI Competency and Acceptance and Students' Outcomes: A Self-Determination Theory Approach Project Introduction: This research project seeks to explore the critical relationships between teachers' AI competency and acceptance, and students' outcomes, e.g., perceived autonomy-support, AI literacy, need satisfaction, motivation and engagement, using the Self -Determination Theory (SDT; Deci & Ryan, 1985, 2000 ) as the guiding framework. It has a 2-phase mixed-methods design, with a cross-sectional quantitative design in Phase 1 and a mixed-methods intervention design in Phase 2.
