Commis / Leading Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items following company recipes and quality standards to deliver consistent dishes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to meet hygiene and safety requirements
• Handle pork and alcohol-based cooking products safely and according to company protocols
• Monitor ingredient usage and apply techniques to minimize food wastage during preparation and cooking
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain physical fitness to perform kitchen duties efficiently throughout shifts

• Work locations: Bugis Junction and Westgate outlets
• Non-Halal French and Japanese kitchen café
• Uniform and meals provided
• Statutory leave entitlement provided
• 6 to 8 off days per month
• Full-time and permanent part-time positions available
