We are looking for a Field Account Manager (x|f|m) home based in the Netherlands for our Sales Bioprocess department at Sartorius Stedim Netherlands B.V. In this position you will be responsible for revenue growth within an assigned group of (bio)pharmaceutical accounts, proactively selling the full range of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio, and developing strong customer relationships in order to leverage our position within the target organizations. Grow with us - Your Responsibilities Responsible for proactively selling the full range of the Bioprocess Solutions portfolio by both in-person and remote interaction to assigned (bio)pharmaceutical key accounts Build and manage relationships on all levels at the assigned accounts Meet growth targets and objectives for assigned accounts Identifying new opportunities to gain market share in established and new processes - both commercialized processes and development Work closely with technical and service teams and further internal stakeholders, utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process Conduct presentations, generate quotations and close deals with the customer Generate transparency by reporting using CRM software tools What will convince us Bachelor's degree in a Life Science/Biotechnology discipline or similar First experience as Account Manager selling complex products, ideally in a B2B environment. Experience with Salesforce CRM is a benefit Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken Strong communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented and collaborative attitude Ability to interact across all levels of target organizations Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of working time Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
