- Account Receivable (Bank / Merchant Statements and Invoices)
- Monthly merchant bank reconciliation
- Daily and monthly sales reconciliation (Company System and QB)
- Daily and monthly inventory reconciliation (Physical and QB)
- E-Payment updates / checking (in Company System)
- Perform any ad-hoc duties deemed appropriate by Accounts Manager

Requirements
- Candidates with less experience or no experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience with processing of banking transactions a plus point
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience a plus point
- Knowledge and experience in QuickBooks a plus point
- Able to start work immediately
- Meticulous with good attention to detail
- Only Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident needs to apply
