Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated communications strategies and campaigns across internal, external, digital, and social media platforms Drive awareness and adoption of innovative healthcare initiatives through strategic storytelling and engagement programmes Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across communications materials, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities Develop high-quality content including speeches, presentations, newsletters, articles, publicity materials, thought leadership pieces, and social media content Manage and coordinate communications projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment of messaging and objectives Build and strengthen partnerships with healthcare institutions, community providers, and external stakeholders through engagement initiatives and campaigns Work closely with clinical and operational teams to improve communication touchpoints and programme awareness Support strategic communications planning for new programmes, service expansion, and organisational initiatives Identify communication opportunities, risks, and recommend strategies to strengthen stakeholder engagement and programme visibility Manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and communications deliverables across multiple projects Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to evaluate communications effectiveness Support the development of scalable communications processes and best practices as programmes grow
