We are looking for you, Commercial Operations Coordinator, Non-Bulk. Renewable Products. to our Non-Bulk Commercial Operations team in Singapore. You will focus on planning and executing operations for commercial contracts efficiently. In this job you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers and logistics service providers. Internal: business teams (supply & sales), Land Logistics procurement, Finance and vendor settlement team, Safety, Sustainability and supply chain planners. In our team, you will be part of the APAC commercial operations and your accountabilities includes; To independently & proactively coordinate & drive day-to-day operations based on commercial, Charter Party, service &/or terminal contracts in the domestic & international oil & renewable business securing Neste's position in the end to end supply chain with the guidance and support of more experienced team members, Commercial Operations Specialist and Commercial Operations Manager. Sustainability criteria management, quality & quantity monitoring, inventory management & reconciliation in compliance with Neste principles & processes Proactive internal & external collaboration & communication ensuring optimal commercial contract performance including high customer & supplier performance. Operate in a dynamic environment & requirement for timely operations; contract execution, inventory management, up-to-date system entries, demanding problem solving, continuous improvement and cost management. Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role Compatible with Neste's vision, values and strategy Good knowledge & understanding of of the oil, renewable, circular industry and international commodity business Good knowledge & understanding of supply chain operations, inventory management, logistics, various modes of transport & efficient ways of carrying out operations Commercial awareness - ability to understand drivers of the commercial trade & cost management Knowledge of SAP & ERP systems. Good & proactive communication & collaboration skills; fluency in written & oral English. Performance & result driven with accuracy & attention to detail. Adaptable to changing environments, eager to take new challenges in operations Ability to work under pressure, respond to the dynamic & demanding requirements of the international oil and renewable markets Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset Knowledge of working with liquid storage terminals. Knowledge of Incoterms Experience working with surveyors and inspection companies on inventory quality management Performance & result driven with accuracy & attention to detail.
