Responsibilities

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer , you'll design and implement scalable web applications that are fast, secure, and visually consistent. You'll collaborate closely with product managers , designers , and backend engineers to build features that balance technical excellence with business impact.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Building high-quality user interfaces using React , JavaScript , and TypeScript
• Designing reusable frontend components with a strong focus on performance and scalability
• Integrating with RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless backend communication
• Maintaining visual and functional consistency across multiple applications
• Writing tests with tools like Jest , React Testing Library , or Cypress
• Contributing to deployment and automation flows using Rspack , GitHub Actions , and CI/CD pipelines
• Participating in design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring teammates

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
• 5+ years of experience in frontend development , with a focus on React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript , TypeScript , and component-based architecture
• Hands-on experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with testing frameworks
• Familiarity with Git , Agile methodologies ( Scrum , Kanban ), and modern development workflows
• Experience ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and consistent styling across web applications
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Self-driven, impact-focused, and adaptable to change
• Experience with Node.js to enhance frontend-backend collaboration
• Familiarity with AWS services like Amplify , S3 , and CloudFront
• Knowledge of Material UI or similar design systems
• Understanding of OAuth , OpenAPI , and Swagger
• Background in secure or financial web application development
• Interest in using AI tools to accelerate UI development and testing
