Job Description You are the key point of contact for questions relating to Swiss and cross-border regulatory requirements, in particular FinSA, MiFID and CRD VI. You are the first point of contact for the regulatory matters of the Lugano branch. You support and implement regulatory projects in Swiss and European financial market law. You handle enquiries and assessments in connection with (cross-border) product distribution.
