We offer mileage reimbursement and will provide you a company cell phone and a tablet for documentation in our electronic medical record system (Home Care Home Base). SCHEDULE: Training Core: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm First 30-60 days Training BSS/PRN : Commit to 1-2 days per week Monday-Friday 30-60 days After Training: Option 1: Full Time 40- 32 Hours per week Monday- Friday "Work your way" 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts Saturday & Sunday + other days during the week "Work your way" 4 10hr shifts or 5 8hr shifts Commitment to working every other weekend with working weekdays on the off weeks, or working every weekend with flexibility of working one week day. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the evaluation, planning, administration and supervision of Physical Therapy treatment in accordance with physician referral, state and national organizational standards, regulatory agencies, and established departmental policies and procedures. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served. CORE FUNCTIONS 1.
